I founded Aligned Leadership Consulting after experiencing firsthand what it’s like to walk away from time with a consultant or development session with good ideas, but without the support to put them into practice as a leader.

How is this different from other consulting engagements?

Most consulting engagements focus on creating a plan and handing it off.

That’s not how I work.

I stay with you.

We work side by side to implement what we’ve built, helping you put it into practice, and working through what comes up along the way, and build the structure and habits needed to sustain it.

The goal isn’t just clarity, it’s lasting change in how your organization operates.

What does it look like to work together?

Every engagement is tailored to your organization. Some focus on a single area, while others bring several pieces together. Most include:

We start by getting clear on where you are and where you want to go. From there, we build a plan, and then work together to carry it out in a way that fits your day-to-day, with ongoing support and accountability throughout.

Absolutely.

Some organizations come in needing strategic planning and clarity around direction. Others are focused on strengthening their leadership or building more consistency in how things are carried out day to day. And some are ready to work on all of it together.

We’ll focus on what matters most for you right now, and build from there if it makes sense.

How long do we typically work together?

All of my work is done through ongoing partnerships rather than one-time sessions.

Real change takes time, and I stay involved to help ensure what we put in place is carried out and sustained over time. Most organizations I work with partner together for at least 12 months.
